From Semptebmer 2007 new moulding line DISA and dust extraction station are working. Moulding line contain following devices:

• Moulding machine DISA 130A
• Quick pattern change unit (QPC)
• Core setter (CSE)
• Automatic mould conveyor (AMC)
• Synchronized belt conveyor (SBC)
• Sand transport unit
• Exhaust filter (EFI)

Moulding system Disa 130A is technological advanced PLC system. Above mentioned line is oriented at highly efficient castings production with big dimensions precision. Presently one such moulding line in Poland.
