GREY IRON

DUCTILE IRON
Carbon is present here in the form of graphite. Among the properties of cast iron include:

  • good fluidity
  • good machinability
  • high vibration reduction
  • high dimensional stability
  • good casting properties
  • relatively low manufacturing cost
  • good resistance to high temperature
 Ductile iron is an alloy of iron and carbon, wherein carbon is present in the form of ball graphite. Among its features are:

  • high strength
  • good plasticity
  • good mechanical properties
  • less prone to stress concentration
  • good fluidity
  • good seal
  • good resistance to high pressure

 
Castings are made from iron of following grades:

  • EN-GJL – 150
  • EN-GJL – 200
  • EN-GJL – 250
  • EN-GJL – 300
 Castings are made from iron of following grades:

  • EN-GJS – 400-18 LT
  • EN-GJS – 400-15
  • EN-GJS – 450-10
  • EN-GJS – 500-7
  • EN-GJS – 600-3

High-bay warehouse

A new high-bay warehouse was commissioned in 2025.

Due to the increase in production, we were forced to increase our warehouse space. The new warehouse has a capacity of up to 5,000 pallet spaces. The investment will provide the foundry with the ability to store more finished goods, production materials and casting models.

Installation of automatic grinding machines

Purchase of 2 KOYAMA automatic grinding machines with 5 axis to milling.

Thanks that we expanded our machining capabilities to better respond to customer expextations.
